The Jacksons Announce Their First UK Gigs Since Tito Jackson’s Passing
The Jacksons have revealed their first UK performances since the passing of Tito Jackson, marking a poignant return to the stage for the legendary family group. Tito, the older brother of the late King of Pop Michael Jackson, tragically passed away in September at the age of 70. His brothers, Jackie and Marlon Jackson, will reunite to perform at two major outdoor concerts, accompanied by the stars of London’s popular Thriller musical.
The first show will take place on July 19 at the scenic Englefield House, located near Reading in Berkshire. The iconic ‘ABC’ hitmakers will be joined by special guests Sister Sledge and Boney M featuring Maizie Williams.
The second concert is scheduled for July 31 at Audley End Estate in Essex, where Sister Sledge and Miss Disco will also perform.
Both events are part of the Heritage Live Festivals series. For ticket details, fans can visit axs.com/heritagelive.
Additionally, Roger Daltrey will headline the Heritage Live Festivals at Audley End on August 1, supported by Britpop legends Ocean Colour Scene and Cast. Englefield House will also host The Beach Boys for their only UK performance of 2025, joined by special guests David Essex and Lulu.
Tito Jackson tragically passed away after suffering a heart attack while traveling from New Mexico to Oklahoma on September 15. The Jacksons had performed several shows last year, with Tito’s final appearance onstage taking place in Munich, Germany, on September 10.
Tito first rose to fame with his brothers as part of The Jackson 5, which later became The Jacksons, during the late 1960s and 1970s under the Motown label. The group’s iconic lineup included Tito, Jackie, Marlon, Michael, and Jermaine Jackson, with timeless hits like ‘ABC’, ‘The Love You Save’, and ‘I’ll Be There’.
