Central Cee Scores Second Official Number 1 Album with CAN’T RUSH GREATNESS
Central Cee has claimed his second Official Number 1 album today with CAN’T RUSH GREATNESS, outselling the rest of the Top 5 combined and storming to the top of the charts.
The West London rapper achieves the biggest opening week of his career, celebrating with a custom Official Number 1 Album Award in his signature rose gold. The rose gold theme has run throughout the album’s campaign, from a fleet of rose gold supercars in the Moi music video to a rose gold Nike footwear collaboration.
CAN’T RUSH GREATNESS joins Central Cee’s previous two mixtapes—2021’s Wild West (2) and 2022’s 23 (1)—in his growing collection of Top 5 albums.
In addition to his chart success, Central Cee is nominated for three categories at the 2025 BRIT Awards: Song of the Year (for “BAND4BAND” ft. Lil Baby), Artist of the Year, and Hip-Hop/Grime/Rap Act.
His success on the Official Charts also coincides with the announcement of his 39-date CAN’T RUSH GREATNESS arena tour, which will see him perform across Europe, America, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand later this year.
Teddy Swims and FKA twigs Score Career Bests
Georgia-born breakthrough artist Teddy Swims has landed a career-best with I’ve Tried Everything But Therapy (Part 2), debuting at Number 2. The album is a follow-up to his 2024 release I’ve Tried Everything But Therapy (Part 1), which peaked at Number 12 in the UK. Swims is also set to perform at the BRITs 2025 on March 1, where he’s nominated for International Song of the Year with “Lose Control.”
FKA twigs celebrates a personal best with EUSEXUA, which becomes her first-ever Top 5 album, debuting at Number 3. The experimental pop artist’s previous successes include LP1 (2014), MAGDALENE (2019), and CAPRISONGS (2022). EUSEXUA is also performing well on the Official Vinyl Albums and Official Record Store Charts, bolstered by an extensive instore tour.
