Billie Eilish and Ariana Grande Eye Future Music Collaboration

Pop Stars Express Interest in Working Together

Billie Eilish and Ariana Grande have revealed their desire to collaborate on music, much to the excitement of their fans. The two megastars discussed the idea during a screening of Ariana’s movie Wicked at the Directors Guild of America’s theater in Los Angeles on Tuesday night, February 4, 2025.

Surprising Fans at the Screening

During the event, Billie Eilish, 23, interviewed Ariana Grande, 31, about her role as Glinda The Good Witch in the upcoming blockbuster adaptation of the Broadway classic. The interview was a lively Q&A session, and towards the end, the conversation took an unexpected turn.

The Studio Call

While wrapping up the event, Ariana dropped a hint about the possibility of working together. She told Billie, “We do need to do that, though,” referring to making music together. Billie eagerly agreed, saying, “I would love to do that.”

Billie’s Slip-Up and Ariana’s Nervous Excitement

In the middle of the Q&A, Billie accidentally mentioned “songs” when she meant to say “questions,” laughing off the slip-up. She quickly corrected herself, explaining, “I’m on tour, you guys. I’m used to saying that. Sorry.” Ariana, who had long hoped to collaborate with Billie, responded with a grin, acknowledging that a collaboration would indeed be a great idea.

Ariana’s Surprising Nerves

Ariana opened up about her excitement and nervousness in having Billie on stage with her. She admitted that Billie had been at the top of her “wish-list” for the conversation, but she was initially doubtful Billie would be able to attend due to her packed schedule. Ariana said, “My team was like: Who would be a cool person to do this? Who’s your dream person? I was like, Billie, [but] she’s not gonna say yes. She’s too busy. She’s too fabulous. It’s too much. But she said yes, and I was like, ‘Oh, s***.’ Now I’m so nervous.”

Billie’s Longtime Admiration for Ariana

Billie Eilish, a long-time fan of Ariana Grande, shared her deep admiration for the pop star. On her personal YouTube channel, Billie reminisced about her early years, explaining that she has been a fan of Ariana since she was a child. She fondly recalled commenting on old interviews of Ariana, expressing her love for the singer, and even joking about how she used to refer to her as “Ari” when speaking to her brother, Finneas.

Billie shared, “I used to call you Ari to my brother, and he’d be like, ‘Don’t call her Ari, you don’t know her!’” The bond between the two stars seems to be as personal as it is professional, making a potential collaboration even more exciting for fans.

I’d like to share this isn’t any kind of promotion. This is just a raw personal story that I decided to
share because someone might need it. Should you be battling with gambling or even noticing things getting out of
hand, take a moment to read this.
I became someone who thought occasional gambling couldn’t hurt.

It all began innocently enough—a blackjack game after
work—nothing serious. But, it got worse.
Without realizing, I was gambling daily. I’d win sometimes, but those wins just made
it worse. I kept trying to recreate that high. One weekend,
I blew through nearly [insert loss amount here, e.g., “$2,000”] in less than two days.
That was my savings. And still, I couldn’t stop.
What’s worse is how I began lying—my friends. I was
ashamed, and yet I couldn’t walk away. If you’ve
been there, you know what I mean.
Then I came across something I randomly clicked on—and no, I’m not going to name it here to advertise—but it shifted my perspective.
I’m not claiming it’s a magical solution, but it made me wake up I was in.
The article didn’t preach. It just laid out the truth in a way I’d never heard before.
It explained how gambling is more than just a bad hobby, and
how the industry is designed to keep you hooked.
That moment, I accepted that I had a problem. And more importantly,
that I could stop. It gave me ideas that helped
me take the first real step towards quitting.
Since then, I’ve not gambled once. I’ve joined a support group.
It’s not easy. There are days I struggle. But I’m getting better.

If any of this sounds like your life, then take the time to read it.
