Suede to Release Unreleased Track ‘Blinded’ on Sci-Fi Lullabies Vol. 2 for Record Store Day 2025
Suede has announced they will release a previously unreleased track, “Blinded,” as part of their upcoming Sci-Fi Lullabies Vol. 2 collection for Record Store Day 2025. The double LP serves as a follow-up to their 1997 compilation Sci-Fi Lullabies, which featured B-sides from singles released during the band’s first three albums.
Vol. 2 was revealed on February 6 as part of the extensive Record Store Day 2025 list, which also includes exclusive vinyl drops from artists such as Oasis, Charli XCX, Fred Again.., The Cure, Gorillaz, and Taylor Swift. The annual event, now in its 18th edition, will take place on Saturday, April 12.
In a social media announcement, Suede shared that the collection, which spans 19 B-sides and bonus tracks from 1997 to 2023, was curated by frontman Brett Anderson and includes “Blinded.” The double LP will be available on clear vinyl.
Suede encouraged fans not to miss out on this limited release and to check for participating independent record shops at recordstoreday.co.uk.
